- Gear drive: High speed forming, convenient and fast for replacing the mold.
- Dual-cavity mold: Only for KND-II Forming Machine and the total outside diameter is 44mm or less.
- Electrical lift: adjust the center height and fast match the mold.
- Long service life with less abrasion: With the high-grade quality alloy steel and nitrogen treatment, the hardness is more than HRC60 .
- Easy to operate: Automatic switch to protection mode (stand by or shutdown) if meet with the machine got stuck.
- High quality corrugated pipe material can be PA/PP/PE/PVC/EVA raw material .the error control within 0.1mm round of pipe. Our various kinds pipe can produce for automotive wire tube, electric wire tube, washing machine hose, air conditioner hose, section hose etc.
